Terms & Conditions for Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers must be paid in full via online banking. Upon confirmation of payment received, a gift voucher, personalized for your special
person will be emailed to you within three (3) working days.
- No refunds on gift vouchers.
- Gift voucher will clearly state what it is for. Eg: 1x 45mins lesson
- All gift certificates are dated and expire four (4) weeks from date of issue.
- Lesson times are subject to availability at time of booking.
- If recipient of the gift voucher does not attend their booked lesson then the gift voucher is deemed used.
- 48 hours cancellation notice for booked lesson is required or gift voucher is deemed used.
- 48 hours re-book lesson time request is required. Re-booked lesson must take place within seven (7) days (no Sunday bookings), subject to
day/time availabilty.
